Premium Crop, which won All America Selections recognition in 1975, has been proving itself since as a hybrid to count on for steady, vigorous growth. The tight buds remain that way for a while so they don’t get mealy before you get out to pick them. Produces a big head but with few side shoots. Excellent flavor and texture. Vitamin rich. Space 18 inches apart in rows 30 inches apart.
