White Cloud cauliflower is perfect to eat raw with dips, steamed, or cooked in casseroles.
White Cloud Hybrid Cauliflower

- Matures: 75 days
- Plant Size: 18 inches wide, 12 to 18 inches tall
Inner leaves wrap to protect the deep, white curds. Produces heavy yields. Try raw with dips or broken into salads. More resistant to cold than many cauliflower varieties. Rich in vitamin C. Space transplants 18 inches apart in rows 30 inches apart.

I grew this product by mistake. When I bought the plant from Walmart they were labeled cabbage. To my surprise they turned out to be cauliflower. They developed a healthy plant with large compact head and a delicious taste both raw and cooked. I will definately grow them again (Posted on January 24, 2013)Taste Yield

I didn't know that this was one of the hardest vegetable to grow as I didn't do any research on it before I purchased them. As a first time gardener I am happy that they grew as well as they did.
