This delicious early sweet corn is a sugar-enhanced variety (EH). If you like a really sweet ear, this hybrid is a good one to try. It also keeps in the fridge a little longer than ordinary corn without losing sweetness. To extend the harvest, set out transplants weekly for a month or longer, or as long as Bonnie transplants are available at your favorite store. Plant 8 to 12 inches apart in rows 2 feet apart with a minimum of 4 rows for good pollination.
