Fajita Bell Pepper

- Scoville heat units: 100 to 1,000 (mild)
This hybrid makes the best fajitas and stir fry you've ever tasted! A slightly hot bell, most people find it "just hot enough" to add enjoyable zest to any meal. The thick-walled, blocky peppers mature from green to red. Plants are relatively compact.
