  • Scoville heat units: 1,000 to 1,500 (mild)

If you're sensitive to pungent peppers, this is a milder JalapeƱo with all the flavor, but less fire. Peppers change from deep green to bright red at maturity. Use them in salsa, sauces, pickling, or any dishes that normally call for hot jalapeƱos. Great for containers. Harvest at any size.
