Sweet Red Cherry Pepper

These bite-sized, cherry-shaped peppers are popular for pickling. They have thick walls and ripen from green to bright red. The round pods hang freely from strong, upright, 2-foot plants that are widely adapted throughout the US. Fruit hang under a good foliage cover that helps prevent sunburn. Very productive. Add whole to salads; serve fresh or pickled. Great for containers. In the garden, set transplants 18 inches apart in rows 30 inches apart.
