Mandarina Lemon Balm
If you love the refreshing scent of oranges, you’ll adore Mandarina Lemon Balm. Unlike the traditional lemon fragrance, this new variety produces a unique scent, reminiscent of walking through an orange grove or peeling a juicy fruit. Small, white flowers appear in summer, but the leaves can be harvested anytime for a refreshing iced beverage or soothing bedtime tea. The trailing habit of Mandarina Lemon Balm works beautifully as a “spiller” in containers—try pairing it with a dwarf tomato plant to create a pretty, edible container garden. Its spreading habit offers a great solution for slopes or other challenging areas in your garden, making a great ground cover with a subtle, soothing scent. Pollinators will flock to the pretty flowers, so add it to your veggie garden, too.
Part of our Harvest Select line, available only at The Home Depot!
