Ingredients
- 3 cups halved strawberries
- 12 cups blueberries
- 1 tablespoon sugar
- 1 teaspoon lime juice
- ½ teaspoon orange zest
- 1 cup vanilla yogurt
- ¼ cup cottage cheese
- 1 teaspoon peach preserves
- Chopped walnuts
Instructions
- Combine the strawberries and blueberries in a bowl. Stir in the sugar, lime juice and orange zest. Combine the yogurt, cottage cheese and peach preserves in a small food processor and process until smooth.
- Spoon the fruit into individual serving dishes and top with the yogurt mixture. Sprinkle with chopped walnuts.
