Bonnie was founded in 1918 on the principle of providing access for home gardeners to fresh vegetables. What started as one small farm in Alabama – has grown to nearly $400 million in sales – with over 80 greenhouse growing operations in 42 states, and a direct sales force of over 700 who deliver plants fresh to stores every day.

Route Sales Representative

As a Bonnie Plants Sales Representative, you’ll be the face of our brand—bringing fresh, healthy plants to life in retail stores across your region. This is a hands-on, relationship-driven outside sales role where no two days look the same. You’ll build strong partnerships with store teams, introduce Bonnie’s products to new customers, negotiate placements, and ensure our displays look their very best.

If you love being on the move, cultivating connections, and making an impact right where our customers shop, this role gives you the freedom, ownership, and opportunity to grow.
