Yield : 1 loaf
- ¼ cup olive oil
- 3 tbsp coarsely chopped fresh rosemary
- 1 loaf French bread, sliced lengthwise
- Combine the olive oil and rosemary in a small saucepan and heat until fragrant. Brush on the inside of each bread half. Rejoin the halves and wrap the loaf in foil.
- Bake at 400 degrees for 10 minutes or until the sides and top are lightly browned.
