Notice of Financial Incentive. Under some, but not all, brands, we offer a points-based rewards program to thank our loyal customers. Individuals who opt-in to be members of the rewards program by signing up online are able to earn and accumulate “points” that can be redeemed for benefits within the relevant brand’s reward program when benefits are available, and may otherwise be able to receive discounts as members. To administer the program, we collect contact information and your purchase history along with the information we collect automatically through the website. Participation in a rewards program is voluntary, and you may withdraw from the program by using the “Help” feature on the website and providing the following: (1) your name, (2) the email associated with your loyalty account, and (3) requesting your desire to be removed from the rewards program. Once that information has been provided you will be manually removed from the rewards program. Please note that by withdrawing from a rewards program, you will no longer have access to your rewards account. All points and rewards you have earned until the time of withdrawal will no longer be available. To communicate and provide services to you through the program, we need to use your personal information. Therefore, if you choose to delete your personal information from the program, we can no longer provide you with services through this loyalty program.
