Growing your own food doesn’t have to take a lot of time, space, or gardening expertise. Bonnie’s patio-ready plants come with everything you need to create an instant garden. Just put them on the deck or patio, by an entranceway, or wherever you’ve got a sunny spot, and you’re good to grow! For best results, water thoroughly around the base of the plant when the top inch of soil is dry and feed regularly with Miracle-Gro® Shake ‘n Feed® Tomato, Fruit & Vegetable Plant Food, following label directions.
Caged & Container Plants
Everything you need to grow your own fresh tomatoes, peppers, or rosemary is right here: a plant, a pot, soil, and even a cage (tomatoes and peppers only). Just be sure to put your new plant in a spot that gets at least 6 to 8 hours of sun per day.
Tomatoes
Whether you choose big, juicy slicers or sweet cherry-sized snackers, these plants make growing your own fresh tomatoes as easy as it comes.
Peppers
Pick one of Bonnie’s two most popular, versatile peppers, Green Bell or Jalapeño. Both are easy to grow and so useful in the kitchen!
Herbs
If you want versatility, grow herbs. They’re easy to care for, raise the flavor profile of just about any dish, and add beauty to your landscape.
Make sure your plant has this Success Made Simple icon on the tag if you’re looking for a Patio-ready caged tomato.
Hanging Baskets
These baskets add a touch of beauty to your deck or entryway, while at the same time providing you with luscious strawberries, juicy tomatoes, or aromatic citronella.
Strawberries
Large, sweet, ruby red berries cascade from the basket, just begging to be picked. Plants produce throughout the season.
Citronella
Enjoy the wonderfully refreshing, lemony scent every time you walk by. When crushed and rubbed on your skin, leaves can also help repel mosquitoes.
Tomatoes
Colorful, bite-sized cherry tomatoes grow amid deep green leaves, making these hanging plants as lovely as they are productive.
