Ingredients
- 2 oz Rittenhouse Rye (or Sazerac Rye, Knob Creek Rye)
- 0.75 oz Sage Infused Lemon Oleo Saccharum
- 0.25 oz Orange Juice
- 0.5 oz Lemon Juice
- 0.5 oz Rosemary Infused Red Wine Float
Garnish: Torched rosemary sprig & dehydrated sugar-soaked lemon peel

Directions
- Combine all ingredients except red wine into a mixing tin and dry shake for 10 seconds.
- Add ice and shake again for 10 seconds.
- Double strain into a rocks glass with fresh ice.
- Float red wine on top using a bar spoon.
- Garnish with torched rosemary and lemon peel.
Sage Infused Lemon Oleo Saccharum
- Peel and slice 4 lemons into wheels
- 1 cup sugar
- Mix lemons and sugar in a container and coat thoroughly.
- Cover and let sit overnight.
- Strain and press to extract oils.
- Warm with sage on low heat, then cool and strain.
Rosemary Infused Red Wine Float
- 6 oz red wine
- Fresh rosemary sprigs
- Warm gently with rosemary (do not boil).
- Cool completely and strain.
